Effective 2026. How to change or cancel an order before dispatch.
Use Track & support to pause or update an order before it ships. Once a courier has the carton, this policy ends and the refund policy applies instead.
Before dispatch
Address edits and full-order holds are accepted until dispatch. Prepaid amounts return in 5–7 business days after the hold is confirmed.
After dispatch
We cannot recall a live shipment. Line-item edits are not available — cancel the whole order before dispatch and place a new one if the mix must change.
